Terms of Service

The rules that govern your use of Qrenth.

Last updated: June 5, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Qrenth, you agree to these Terms of Service and all referenced policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account & Workspace

You are responsible for all activity in your workspace, including Digital Doubles you create and calls they handle. You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.

3. Acceptable Use

Use of Qrenth must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, all applicable laws, and the terms of any third-party providers (e.g. Twilio, OpenAI, ElevenLabs).

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans bill in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. Usage above included allowances is billed at posted overage rates. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law; see the Refund Policy.

5. Voice Cloning & Call Recording

Digital Doubles may use a synthetic voice generated from voice samples you provide, and calls they handle may be recorded, transcribed, and summarized. You confirm you have explicit permission from any person whose voice you upload or clone, and you are responsible for complying with call recording and two-party consent laws in every jurisdiction you operate in. See the Voice Clone Consent Policy, AI Disclosure Policy, and Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the service or its users. You may close your account at any time from workspace settings.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

Qrenth is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced via the dashboard or email.
