Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and your rights.

Information we collect

Account data (name, email), workspace configuration, voice samples you upload, call audio and transcripts, usage logs, billing records, and standard device / network metadata.

How we use it

To operate Qrenth — answer calls on your behalf, generate summaries, bill usage, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.

Sub-processors

We share necessary data with vetted sub-processors including Twilio (telephony), OpenAI (AI processing), ElevenLabs (voice synthesis and voice cloning), Stripe (subscription billing and payment processing), cloud hosting and database providers, and email delivery providers. See our Third-Party Services Disclosure for the current list.

Voice samples and call recordings

If you create a Digital Double, we process the voice samples you upload to generate a synthetic voice, and we process call audio, transcripts, and summaries for the calls your Digital Double handles. You are responsible for obtaining consent from any person whose voice you upload and for complying with call recording and two-party consent laws where you operate. See the Voice Clone Consent Policy and the AI Disclosure Policy.

Billing data

Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive subscription status and limited billing metadata; full card details are held by Stripe and never stored by Qrenth.

Retention

Workspace owners choose a retention period for call audio, transcripts, and summaries from the Compliance settings. See the Data Retention Policy for defaults and limits.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data by emailing privacy@qrenth.ai. We honor GDPR / CCPA rights for residents of applicable jurisdictions.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is role-scoped via row-level security and audit-logged.
