Qrenth provides AI-powered business communication and Digital Double services that require onboarding, infrastructure provisioning, configuration, setup time, and operational resources.

Because onboarding, provisioning, and configuration work may begin shortly after purchase, subscription payments, onboarding fees, setup fees, and related service charges are generally non-refundable once onboarding or service provisioning has started.

Customers may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing cycle.

Qrenth may issue refunds, credits, partial refunds, or billing adjustments at its sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Refund requests do not guarantee approval.
