Why we use sub-processors

Qrenth is a composition layer over best-in-class infrastructure. Using these providers lets us focus on the orchestration, governance, and UX that make Digital Doubles useful for your team.

Current sub-processors

  • TwilioTelephony, phone number provisioning, SMS, call media transport.
  • OpenAILanguage model processing for conversation, summaries, intent detection.
  • ElevenLabsVoice synthesis and optional voice cloning.
  • SupabaseDatabase, authentication, storage, row-level security.
  • Google / Microsoft CalendarCalendar availability and appointment booking (opt-in).
  • Email delivery providerTransactional email (call summaries, confirmations).

Notice of changes

Material changes to the sub-processor list will be announced in the dashboard at least 14 days in advance where feasible.
