Why we use sub-processors
Qrenth is a composition layer over best-in-class infrastructure. Using these providers lets us focus on the orchestration, governance, and UX that make Digital Doubles useful for your team.
Current sub-processors
- Twilio — Telephony, phone number provisioning, SMS, call media transport.
- OpenAI — Language model processing for conversation, summaries, intent detection.
- ElevenLabs — Voice synthesis and optional voice cloning.
- Supabase — Database, authentication, storage, row-level security.
- Google / Microsoft Calendar — Calendar availability and appointment booking (opt-in).
- Email delivery provider — Transactional email (call summaries, confirmations).
- Stripe (optional) — Subscription billing and payment processing.
Notice of changes
Material changes to the sub-processor list will be announced in the dashboard at least 14 days in advance where feasible.
