TCPA / Call Compliance Notice

Your responsibilities for outbound calling and call recording.

Last updated: June 5, 2026

Outbound calling consent

In the United States, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and FCC rules generally require prior express written consent for AI-voice or autodialed calls to mobile numbers and many marketing calls. You are responsible for obtaining and documenting this consent for every recipient.

Call recording laws

Some US states (CA, FL, IL, MD, MA, MT, NH, PA, WA, and others) require all parties on a call to consent to recording. Many countries (Germany, France, etc.) have similar rules. Configure your Digital Double to disclose recording at the start of every call when required.

Do Not Call

Honor federal, state, and internal Do-Not-Call lists. Do not place calls to numbers that have opted out.

EU AI Act

Where applicable, disclose to callers that they are interacting with an AI system, and provide a clear way to reach a human if requested.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Qrenth for any claims arising from your non-compliant use of outbound calling, voice cloning, or call recording features.
