Data Retention Policy
How long Qrenth keeps your data, and when it's deleted.

Workspace-selectable retention
Workspace owners select a retention period for call audio, transcripts, and AI summaries in the Compliance & Consent settings. Available options:
- 30 days
- 90 days (default)
- 180 days
- 365 days
- Indefinite (until deleted manually)
Metadata
Call metadata (timestamps, duration, cost) is retained for billing and auditing for the lifetime of the workspace.
Account closure
When a workspace is deleted, personal data is purged within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for fraud prevention.
Backups
Encrypted backups may persist for up to 35 days beyond the active retention window.
