AI Disclosure Policy

Transparency about AI-generated calls and communications.

Last updated: June 5, 2026

What this covers

Qrenth's Digital Doubles place and answer calls using synthesized voice and large language models. The voice on the line is AI-generated, not a live human, unless your team explicitly takes over the call.

Disclosure to callers

Where required by law (including parts of the EU AI Act and certain US states), the Digital Double must disclose to the caller that they are interacting with an AI. Workspace admins enable disclosure in Compliance settings; we recommend leaving it enabled.

Limits of AI

AI summaries and transcriptions may contain errors. Do not rely solely on AI-generated content for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

Human escalation

Digital Doubles should be configured to escalate emergencies and complex requests to a human contact.
